What could be more festive than joining the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge for an event centered around microbreweries. On December 10 in Cambridge at MIT’s Stata Center. “Brewing up Bucks: The Business of Microbreweries” will feature some enterprising local brewers with their stories on how they emerged from a home brew to a business with an avid following. Not easy with an estimated 1,200 new breweries opening this year.
Of course tasting some of these microbrews is just an extra bonus to the evening.
